The frog’s tongue is sticking out with a red Lego piece balanced on it, and a hot dog in ab un next to it. Behind the frog is a tube of Wonder Cream squirting out onto the frog’s rash-infected buttocks. Below the frog scene, written in the same style as the above Wonder Cream phrase, are the words “On my Fun Buns” with the words Fun Buns painted in blue instead of pink.
